Billy Tjandra has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Regional Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing at Swiss-Belhotel International since January 2016. Previous roles include Regional Director of Sales Performance and Optimization at Archipelago International Hotels and Director of Sales at TAUZIA Hotel Management. Prior to these positions, Billy worked as a Senior Sales Manager at Meliá Hotels International and as a Sales Manager at Merlynn Park Hotel, where key responsibilities involved business development, relationship management, and strategic sales planning. Early career experience includes roles as an F&B Attendant and Sr Waiter. Billy holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Trisakti.
