Courtney Di Vito, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and business partnering across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Swingers - the crazy golf club since June 2024, Courtney previously held roles as HR Business Partner and HR Manager at Union Square Events from July 2022 to June 2024, and as Human Resources Manager at NYC H+H Metropolitan from April 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included staff training, regulatory compliance, COVID-19 initiatives, and new employee onboarding.
