Kurt Bergmans is an experienced professional in the field of IT service management with a proven track record in leadership roles across multiple prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the global head of Enterprise Services at Swift, Kurt previously held significant positions including VP and global head of Service Management at The Adecco Group, managing director and global head of IT Service Management Operations at Standard Chartered Bank, and head of global IT Service Operations at BP. Earlier in their career, Kurt served as Country Manager for BT Malaysia and head of IT Managed Services Operations for the AMEA region at BT for Global business.
