Johan Bryssinck currently serves as the Head of AI Strategy, Innovation, Federated AI, and Governance at Swift since March 2021, leading initiatives in product, enterprise, and transformational AI with a focus on fraud detection and prevention in the financial sector. Prior to this role, Johan Bryssinck held various leadership positions at CLS Group from September 2011 to November 2019, including Head of Data Business Management and Strategy and Head of FX Data Analytics Services. Earlier in the career, Johan Bryssinck spent over a decade at Euroclear in capacity management and IT strategy roles. Johan Bryssinck earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nuclear Physics from Ghent University between 1996 and 2000.
