Nicole Young is an experienced professional in document control and project documentation, currently serving as Project Documentation Lead at Swift Oilfield Supply since April 2023. Previously, Young held roles at MRC Global - Canada, first as a Document Control Associate from May 2022 to April 2023, and again from June 2012 to March 2019, where responsibilities included training new employees and liaising with various departments to meet documentation deadlines. At Aurora Cannabis Inc. from April 2019 to May 2022, Young successfully implemented an electronic document management system and led team members in daily tasks. Other experiences include working as a Records Clerk/Data Entry Clerk at CriticalControl Solutions Inc. and a Broadcast Monitor at Cision. Nicole Young obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Criminology and Sociology from St. Thomas University in 2004.
