Mike Kelley has extensive work experience in the field of environmental, health, and safety (EHS). Mike currently holds the position of Senior Director of Health and Safety at Swift Current Energy, starting in December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of EHS at RNWBL from November 2021 to November 2022. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at RENEW Energy, Inc. as the Director of Safety and also as the Director of Environmental, Health, Safety & Training for RENEW Energy Maintenance. Before that, they held the position of Manager HSEQ at Enel Green Power from August 2017 to January 2020. Additionally, they have worked as the Director of Safety at Leeward Renewable Energy, LLC from October 2016 to May 2017. Mike Kelley's earlier experiences include serving as the Executive Director of Environmental, Health and Safety at UpWind Solutions, Inc. from August 2007 to October 2016 and as the EHS Manager at GE from 2005 to 2007. Mike began their career as an EHS Manager at Granite Services in April 2000.

Mike Kelley attended Odessa College from 2013 to 2016, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Safety Technology/Technician.
