Norm Rogers is an experienced professional in operations and product management, currently serving as Vice President Operations at Springs Window Fashions. Previously, Norm held various leadership positions at 3M, including Global Product Tape Value Stream Director for Masking and Packaging, Masking Global Value Stream Manager, and Global Manufacturing Operations Manager. Norm's expertise extends to Lean Six Sigma methodologies as a Master Black Belt within 3M's Corporate Supply Chain, and product management roles across several divisions, including Industrial Adhesives & Tape, Aerospace Products, and Security Systems. Norm graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma College of Engineering.
