Fredrik Hedlund is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as Arbetschef at Swerock AB since December 2016, focusing on Fabriksbetong in Norrland. Previously, Fredrik held the position of Produktionschef at Skanska Asfalt och Betong AB from September 2012 to November 2016, overseeing six concrete factories with responsibilities in personnel management, finance, and production control. Before that, Fredrik worked as a Revisor betong & ballast at Vattenfall R & D from June 2010 to August 2012, conducting quality audits across concrete factories, aggregate quarries, and prefab producers nationwide. Fredrik's career also includes serving as Produktionschef for three concrete factories at Skanska from January 2009 to June 2010, where responsibilities included personnel and production oversight as well as sales. Education was completed at Timrå gymnasium from 1997 to 2000.
