Alicia Cuadrado is a Marketing Manager at Swell Partners since April 2021, where responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting for clients such as American Express and Peloton, alongside supporting the VP of Operations during a major digital transformation. Previously, Alicia served as an Operations Analyst, managing business operations and complex project tracking. Notable achievements include the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn) that enhanced recruitment processes. In addition to current roles, Alicia is the President and Founder of The Eating Club since June 2019 and has experience as an Associate Consultant at HumanStudio Group and Opie Consulting Group LLC, focusing on organizational development for inclusivity and equity. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Babson College, earned in 2019.
