Matthew Schuepbach is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in teaching and management. Currently serving as a Grade 4 Teacher at Sweetwater ISD since June 2019, Matthew has previously held positions such as Junior High Science Teacher and Special Education Teacher in Midland ISD and Rains ISD, respectively. In addition to teaching, Matthew has worked as a Retail Associate at Academy Sports + Outdoors since October 2018, assisting customers with their hunting and fishing needs. Having a strong background in camp management as an Assistant Camp Director and Summer Assistant Director, Matthew also accumulated valuable experience as a Camp Counselor over several summers. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Leisure Management from the University of North Texas and pursued education at Odessa College and Hardin-Simmons University. Currently exploring a career change, Matthew is leveraging a diverse skill set that includes management, education, and customer service.
