Andrei Niel Chavez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andrei Niel started their career as a Customer Account Executive at Ingram Micro from September 2007 to August 2009, where they answered calls and emails and collaborated with other departments to resolve customer issues.

From September 2009 to October 2011, Andrei worked as a Customer Service Representative at Transcom, where they communicated with Comcast US customers to address billing inquiries and resolve service concerns.

In September 2012, Andrei joined IBEX | Global as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where they assisted the Team Manager in supervising a team, processed attendance for payroll, and provided customer service support for Orbitz and CheapTickets international customers.
