Rebecca Lester has extensive experience in retail design, having held various roles at sweetgreen, UNIQLO, Gap Inc., 3.1 Phillip Lim, and Marc Jacobs. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Brand Experience at sweetgreen, Rebecca has also contributed as a Senior Designer and Designer in Retail Innovation and Store Experience. Previous positions include Associate Designer and Assistant Designer at UNIQLO, as well as Women's Design at Gap Inc., where Rebecca was recognized as a Scholarship Winner. Additionally, experience includes knitwear design at 3.1 Phillip Lim and women's design at Marc Jacobs.
