Kale Rogers currently serves as the Director of Concept Automation at sweetgreen, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kale co-founded Spyce Food Co., serving as COO until its acquisition by sweetgreen in September 2021. In addition, Kale has experience as an Engineering Consultant with UNICEF, where analysis of rainwater collection and restroom facilities was conducted at schools in Cambodia. Early career experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at Oregon Health and Science University, focusing on immune evasion genes of Cytomegalovirus. Kale holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed in 2016.
