Ivette Escobar currently serves as the Chief Development Officer and Owner Representative at Sweet Paris Crêperie & Cafe, a position held since July 2012, where responsibilities include new restaurant site selection, architectural planning, construction management, store branding, and marketing campaigns. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Assistant and Project Manager at Renee Bazua Events, where event organization and team leadership were key focuses, and as Executive Assistant to the CMO at JAFRA Cosmetics International, involving market research and event coordination. Additional early experience encompasses administrative roles in healthcare and international organizations, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from ITESM Monterrey Campus.
