Ruth Chance has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, notably with SwedishAmerican Health System, where Ruth has served as the Manager of Employee Health since September 2010 and previously held the role of Operational Supervisor in the Emergency Department from February 1988 to September 2009. Ruth earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Avila University, completing studies from 1974 to 1977.
