Marie Widerberg is an experienced HR-specialist currently working at Migrationsverket since January 2019, focusing on competence supply at both strategic and operational levels, while developing HR processes related to recruitment, transition, and competence development. Widerberg also leads development efforts for Migrationsverket's Academy for Learning and Development and is responsible for career pathways. In addition to this role, Widerberg has served as the chairperson and board member of Brottsofferjouren i Västerort since March 2005, engaging in volunteer work primarily within board activities.
