Johanna Olsson Selerud is an experienced professional currently serving as an Expert and Team Leader at Migrationsverket since September 2014, where responsibilities include supporting interdisciplinary teams, implementing Lean-based working systems, and enhancing staff knowledge and learning platforms. Previously, Johanna worked as a Case Officer, engaging with asylum seekers and managing financial aid applications. Experience also includes a role as a Social Care Worker at Attendo, assisting unaccompanied minors, and administrative positions at JENSEN Education and Manpower Sweden. Johanna’s internships with UNAIDS and the Zimbabwe Community Health Intervention Research Project focused on health rights and behavioral change regarding HIV/AIDS. Johanna holds a Master's Degree in International Development and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Lund University.
