Axel Michanek has extensive experience in the legal and administrative fields, currently serving as a Beslutsfattare at Migrationsverket since October 2016, where responsibilities include making legally accountable decisions on immigration cases. Previously held positions at Migrationsverket include Tillståndshandläggare and Asylhandläggare, focusing on family reunification cases and asylum applications. Alongside this work, Axel served as Talman and Vice talman for Luleå Student Union from July 2015 to June 2017, leading meetings and ensuring compliance with regulations. Earlier roles include PKC-operatör at Polismyndigheten, and various healthcare positions as Vårdbiträde. Axel holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Luleå University of Technology and a studentexamen in Social Sciences from Katedralskolan in Uppsala.
