Robert Thomann is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in both healthcare and engineering. Currently serving as President of BrightBot UVC since July 2020, Robert also works as a Physician Assistant at Swedish Hospital since January 2016 and as Director for Star Global Connection since 2011, focusing on sustainable training and relief initiatives worldwide. Previously, Robert held roles as a Physician Assistant at Mt. Sinai Hospital from October 2004 to January 2021 and as a Nuclear Safety Engineer for the Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety from 1990 to 1994, where responsibilities included designing systems to monitor radiation releases from nuclear power plants. Additionally, Robert served as a Drill Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve from 1983 to 1989, involved in infantry training. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies from Saint Francis University.
