Mohammad Hamid Malakzai is an experienced office engineer and proposal writer currently working at NGCC since January 2019. In addition to this role, Malakzai has been serving as a road engineer at HNCC since August 2018 and as a project engineer for the Swedish Committee for Afghanistan since July 2016. Previous experience includes positions as a site engineer at Hamkar Kandahari Construction Company from July 2015 to May 2016 and at ASCC from June 2012 to May 2015. Malakzai holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Nangarhar University (2009-2013) and several certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the American University of Afghanistan (2020-2021), a TOEFL IBT coaching class from Kardan University (2014-2015), and a certificate in proposal writing from Delta Consultancy (2014).
