Valary Omamo is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Investment Manager at Swedfund International since March 2022, focusing on sustainable business development in challenging markets. Previously, Valary worked as a Senior Investment Consultant for Agri Frontier, specializing in agricultural investments and advisory services in East Africa. Valary also held various roles at KPMG East Africa, including Senior Associate in Deal and Strategy Advisory and Market Intelligence Associate, providing expertise in mergers and acquisitions, market analysis, and strategic planning. Additional experience includes serving as a Research Analyst at StratLink - Africa, Ltd., and a Management Consultant at KPMG East Africa, alongside earlier roles at Kenya Red Cross and as a volunteer with Youth for Christ. Valary is currently pursuing a Master's in Development Finance at Strathmore Business School, having earned a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from Kenyatta University.
