Ainsley Shields currently works as a Student Technician at Texas A&M University Department of Biomedical Engineering. In addition, Ainsley is the VP of Finance at SWE-TAMU, where they manage funds and file taxes for the section. Their experience also includes serving as a High School Conference Co-Chair and Professional Development Co-Chair, showcasing exceptional organizational and negotiation skills. Prior to their current roles, Ainsley worked as a Peer Math Tutor at the Texas A&M Academic Success Center and as a Store Cashier at H-E-B. Ainsley is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Texas A&M University.
