Randy Herman has diverse experience in the environmental and laboratory sectors. Randy is currently working at SWCA Environmental Consultants as a Project Compliance Specialist and was previously an Associate Project Manager - Compliance. Prior to that, Randy worked at Inter-Mountain Laboratories, Inc. as a Trace Metals Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing samples for trace metals using various methods. Randy also worked as a Mid level lab technician at the same company. Randy has also served as an Environmental Manager at Decker Coal Company, overseeing environmental compliance. In addition, they worked as a Laboratory Technician at Sanjel Corporation, where they operated and maintained a cementing lab, and as a Laboratory Assistant at Inter-Mountain Laboratories, Inc. Overall, Randy's work experience demonstrates their expertise in environmental compliance, laboratory analysis, and project management.

Randy Herman attended Black Hills State University from 2007 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Physical Science.
