Lauren Gropper is an advisor at SWAT Equity Partners. Prior to that, they were a sustainability consultant at Gensler from May 2008 to January 2013. Lauren was also a partner at SHFT> from January 2008 to January 2013, and a sustainability consultant at Tridel from June 2006 to January 2008. In 2010, they co-founded Minimal Productions, and served as its principal and founder until December 2012.

Lauren Gropper has a Master's degree in Environmental Planning and Design from Pratt Institute. Lauren also has a Bachelor's degree from McGill University.
