Andy Krystowiak is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Swarming Technology since January 2015, Andy oversees financial management, human resources, and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with growth objectives. Andy's background includes roles as Director of Operations and Account Manager at Swarming Technology, as well as Business Operations Coordinator at Direct Brands, Inc. Prior experience encompasses a Planning Intern position at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, a Job Center Instructor at the Milwaukee Public Library, and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's History Department.
