Gabriella Cavallero, EIT, is an accomplished Electrical Engineer II at Swanson Rink since July 2024, previously serving as a Team Lead for the Amazon Arc Flash Refresher Project at Shermco Industries from August 2023 to July 2024. In this role, Gabriella managed a team of 10 engineers across 39 Amazon sites, developed an efficient file system for programs, and collaborated with utilities for critical site data. Gabriella has also demonstrated expertise as a Subject Matter Expert, training engineers on LOTO procedures and approving thousands of procedures. Prior experience includes positions as Site Engineer and Assistant Project Coordinator for significant projects, with a strong educational background in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, focusing on Renewable Electric Energy Systems.
