Bhoushika Desai is an experienced Project Officer at SWAN Mauritius since September 2018, involved in project planning, meeting coordination, and stakeholder discussions. Previously, Bhoushika held roles as an Associate Software Engineer and Software Developer, focusing on requirement gathering, system design, application development, and user support, in addition to preparing documentation. Prior to SWAN, experience includes an Application Development Associate position at Accenture and work placements at the University of Mauritius and Microsoft, where web and app development skills were honed. Bhoushika holds a Master's Degree in Software Project Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Computing from the University of Mauritius.
