Kapil Kushwah has extensive experience in academia, holding the position of Assistant Professor at Swami Vivekanand Group of Institutions since March 2014, where responsibilities include teaching Transportation Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Pavement Design, and other Civil Engineering subjects. Prior to this role, Kapil Kushwah served as an Assistant Professor at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Technology for a brief period in early 2014, focusing on Soil Mechanics. Kapil Kushwah holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Transportation and Highway Engineering from Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan University, as well as a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from M.G.I.E.M. Indore. The academic journey began with a Higher Secondary Education in Maths Science from Ramkrishna Mission Vidhya Peeth Indore.
