Tim Crouse has extensive experience at Swagelok, serving as Service Account Manager since January 1995, focusing on key account management and distributor growth initiatives. Previously held roles include Design Engineering Supervisor, overseeing a department responsible for fluid control product design, and Polymer Engineering Supervisor, managing a team dedicated to materials research and new product development. Tim also contributed as a Manufacturing Engineer, handling various manufacturing engineering projects related to plastic injection molding and high-purity tubing production. Earlier career experiences include a co-op position at The University of Akron and military service as a Sergeant in Avionics with the United States Marine Corps. Tim Crouse earned a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron.
