Rob Killilea serves as the Head of ICT Shared Services and ICT Projects for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Ireland since March 2022, overseeing ICT services for approximately 12,000 staff and volunteers. Prior to this, Rob held multiple senior positions at Ericsson from September 1996 to July 2019, including Strategic Product Manager for IoT Accelerator and Director roles focusing on Industry Solutions, R&D, and IT Strategy. Significant achievements at Ericsson include driving B2B2C IoT initiatives, managing multi-billion SEK operational budgets, and leading technology and architecture strategy, which resulted in substantial cost efficiencies and innovations in IT infrastructure and testing environments. Rob earned a BSc in Computer Science & Mathematics from University College Dublin between 1989 and 1992.
