Oliver Winter is an experienced Warehouse Manager at Svolt Energy Technology Co., Ltd. since January 2022, overseeing all aspects of intralogistics and leading various projects including the development of logistics and packaging concepts for battery production and the project management of a high-bay warehouse. Prior to this role, Oliver Winter spent nearly two decades at Ford Motor Company, progressing through several positions including Teamleader in synchronous material flow and logistics engineering, and was responsible for material flow planning and efficiency projects. Earlier experience includes a role at BMW Group as a Diplomat in Ergonomic Design, following a comprehensive educational background in mechanical engineering from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes.
