Ronald Sloot has extensive experience in project management and volunteer leadership within the scouting community and IT sector. Since 2002, Ronald has been involved with Scouting Nederland, focusing on Salesforce implementation and various volunteer roles including project leadership during major scouting events and serving as a communication and IT head. As an IT Specialist at SVO vakopleiding food, Ronald manages ICT infrastructure and ensures compliance with data protection regulations. Additionally, Ronald has held leadership positions at Scouting Willem-Alexander and Scouting Schonauwen, guiding youth and optimizing volunteer contributions. Ronald also contributed to the World Scout Jamboree 2023, playing significant roles in program coordination and media management. Education includes a degree in Technical Informatics from ROC ASA ICT Academie.
