Olia Chernyshenko has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and talent research. Olia started their career as a Sourcing Specialist/IT Recruiter at Workforce Source in January 2018, where they sourced and recruited IT professionals. After that, they worked as a Recruiter at QATestLab from April 2019 to April 2020, collaborating with managers to determine hiring needs, attracting applicants through job advertisements and social media, and conducting interviews. In January 2021, Olia joined Innovecs as a Talent Researcher, conducting research to identify potential candidates. Currently, they work as an IT Recruiting Researcher at Svitla Systems, Inc. starting from April 2021.

Olia Chernyshenko completed their Bachelor's degree in Philosophy at Cherkasy State University 'Bohdan Hmelnycky'. Olia attended the university from 2013 to 2017.
