Katarina Bjerker has extensive experience in management and operations within various sectors, particularly in the community and service industries. Since January 2008, Katarina has served as Kyrkogårds- och Fastighetschef at Svenska kyrkan, overseeing the maintenance and management of over 60 buildings, including 13 churches, while striving for cost-effective solutions for nine congregations. Prior to this role, Katarina held positions such as CEO at First Camp Karlstad, site manager and co-owner at Krokstad Camping AB, and administrative officer at Migrationsverket during the establishment of an asylum unit. Earlier experience includes managerial roles in software sales and marketing, as well as significant contributions to the economy, personnel, and IT departments at Statens invandrarverk. Additionally, Katarina balanced professional responsibilities with family commitments during a maternity leave from 1996 to 1998.
