Nathalie Silva Östman has worked in various roles throughout their career. Nathalie started working as a receptionist at Stockholm Kickboxning in March 2011 and continued in that role until October 2014. In December 2014, they joined Ryska Posten AB as a receptionist and worked there until November 2015. In December 2015, they transitioned to Svedea as a service manager and held this position until February 2023. In January 2022, they took on the role of People Experience Manager at Svedea.
Nathalie Silva Östman attended St eriks gymnasium from 2002 to 2005, where they completed their degree in 2005. During their time at the gymnasium, they specialized in Hantverkslinjen and focused on frisör (hairdressing).
