Herman is a member of the board since March 2022. Herman is a Director at Altor Equity Partners . Prior to joining Altor in 2016, he worked with finance and strategy amongst other for the investment bank Morgan Stanley International. He holds an Executive Programme Diploma from Stanford University, MBA from INSEAD, and Bachelor in finance from Cass Business School in London.
