Dr. Boudreau currently oversees Chevron Oronite’s additives and specialty chemicals research and development organization. Her more than 20-year career with Chevron has been focused on technology and capital project roles in both the U.S. and several international markets. Before serving as vice president of Chevron Oronite, Dr. Boudreau was responsible for leading project delivery for Chevron’s major capital projects, which included building, developing, and deploying world scale energy projects. Throughout her career, she has managed billions of dollars in international projects, evolved Chevron’s capital project operating model to enable the safe delivery of higher returns and lower carbon energy, and led a variety of technical teams innovating and delivering oil products, gas and heavy oil technology.

Dr. Boudreau has a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
