Philippe Bailly is an experienced professional in the field of geology and new ventures, currently serving as the New Ventures Coordinator at Sval Energi since June 2020, where responsibilities include managing the APA2022 project and coordinating exploration dataroom efforts. Prior to this role, Philippe held several key positions at Cairn Energy PLC, including New Ventures Manager and Norwegian Sea & Barents Sea Asset Manager, where management of multiple licenses and coordination of licensing rounds occurred. Philippe's earlier career includes significant roles at GDF SUEZ E&P Norge AS and GDF SUEZ, focusing on licensing coordination and asset management in the Barents Sea and Gulf of Mexico respectively. Philippe holds two Master's degrees in Fluvial Sedimentology and Sedimentology/Diagenesis Carbonates from Université de Bourgogne, as well as a two-year degree in Geology from Le Mans Université.
