Patrick M. has extensive experience in the field of job coaching and rehabilitation, currently serving as Prozessleiter Prävention und Job Coaching and Prozessleiter IV-Leistungen at SVA Zürich since November 2007. Responsibilities include overall management of a process line and leading teams focused on professional integration and pension assessment. Additionally, Patrick M. holds the position of Beiratsmitglied at Forum BGM Zürich since January 2022 and has previously worked as a Job Coach at the Psychiatrische Universitätsklinik Zürich, where contributions included developing a Supported Employment model and participating in a European study aimed at improving quality of life for individuals with psychiatric conditions. Patrick M. holds a lic. phil. in Psychology with a focus on Clinical Psychology from the University of Zurich.
