Joric Vandendriessche has extensive experience in sports management and coaching, currently serving as Sports Coordinator at SV Zulte Waregem since June 2017. Previously, Joric worked as a Top Sport Manager at URBSFA-KBVB, overseeing top sport schools and soccer policy in Flanders while also coaching the national youth team. Joric held the position of Youth Manager at SV Zulte Waregem from July 2011 to August 2013 and conducted research as a PhD student at Ghent University from June 2007 to June 2011, focusing on talent identification in soccer. Joric holds a Doctor's Degree in Talent Identification in Soccer, a Post Graduate degree in Teacher Education, and a Master's Degree in Physical Education with a specialization in Sports Training, all from Ghent University.
