Thomas Hadley is an experienced Production Technician at SV Microwave since September 2022, specializing in testing, troubleshooting, and reworking products according to production schedules. Responsibilities include resolving assembly issues, coordinating with line leaders for tool and supply management, and assisting in the training of operators on processes and products. Prior to SV Microwave, Thomas served as an Aviation Electrician’s Mate in the US Navy from July 2019 to September 2022, where maintenance on MH-53E helicopters was performed. Thomas is pursuing an Associate of Arts degree at Palm Beach State College, expected to be completed in May 2025, and holds a High School Diploma from Wellington High School, awarded in May 2016.
