Shubha Arora is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Head of HR for OMS at Suzlon Group, Shubha has previously held significant positions including Group Human Resources Director at Jardine Schindler Group and Chief People Officer for India and South Asia at Schindler India. Additionally, Shubha has worked as a Director of Human Resources and Senior Executive in Human Resources at Siemens.
