Kyle Davids has a strong background in healthcare technology and sales. Kyle started their career as a Medical Sales Representative at Cipla South Africa in 2001 before moving to Schering-Plough Research Institute as a Senior Medical Sales Representative in 2003. Kyle then joined Shire as a Senior Medical Sales Director in 2006.
In 2007, Kyle became the Director of Sales at MedicExchange.com, where they managed a team of four account directors and developed technical relationships with UK customers. Kyle then moved to Citeline, Inc. as a Senior Business Development Director in 2010, where they built strong customer relationships and developed numerous presentations.

Kyle then joined Florence Healthcare in 2022, first as the Vice President of Sales - EMEA - Sites, Sponsors & CROs, and later as the Vice President of Sales - EMEA - Sites.
Kyle'smost recent role was at Suvoda, where they worked as the Director - Global Partnerships, focusing on managing highly complex, life-sustaining studies in therapeutic areas such as oncology and rare diseases.
Kyle Davids attended the University of Cape Town in 2005 to study Project Management. In 2019, they pursued a High Impact Leadership program at the University of Cambridge, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they enrolled in the University of the Western Cape for a part-time B.Com(Hons) degree in Marketing and Management, equivalent to a UK BSC (Honours) Business Management Degree with a Grade 2.1. Kyle's earliest education was at the University of the Western Cape from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a BSC degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Computer Science.
