Sarah Dugan has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Sarah began their career as a Workshop Assistant at Brown University Joint Physics and Engineering Instrument Shop in 2014. Sarah then moved on to become a Manager at Brown Design Workshop in 2015 and a Teaching Assistant at Brown University in the same year. In 2016, they were a Design Engineering Intern at Spirit AeroSystems. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Mechanical Systems Design and Analysis Engineer at Boeing. During 2018 to 2021, they worked at SharkNinja as a Senior Project Manager, Business Process Excellence, Senior Project Engineer, Engineering Operations, and Project Engineer, Shark Engineering. In 2021, they began working at Owl Labs as a Program Manager and at Suvie as a Product Manager.

Sarah Dugan attended Brown University from 2022 to 2024, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering. Sarah then attended Harvard Business School where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
