Megan Carleton Fischer is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for the Americas at Suttons Group since May 2022, Megan previously held the position of Human Resources Generalist at 1st Constitution Bank from May 2008 to May 2022, where responsibilities included advising managers on employee disciplinary issues and promoting progressive discipline. Prior to that, Megan worked as a Human Resources Business Partner for Verispan, LLC from August 2003 to April 2008, offering guidance on employee relations and partnering with management on HR-related topics. Megan's career in human resources began at Quintiles from 2000 to 2004. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Human Resources from the University of Delaware, obtained between 1995 and 1998, and is a graduate of Hightstown High School, class of 1994.
