Ed Erwin is an experienced professional in real estate, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at Sutter Health since May 2005. Prior to this role, Ed Erwin held the position of Vice President at USI from 1996 to 2004. Additionally, Ed Erwin contributed to academia as a Teaching Associate at California State University from August 1994 to April 1999, focusing on undergraduate courses such as Real Estate Principles, Finance, Investment Analysis, and Development. Ed Erwin holds a Master of Business Administration in Urban Land Development from California State University-Sacramento, obtained between 1992 and 1996, and has also pursued studies at the University of Idaho during 1982 to 1983.
