Subroto Bose is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client consulting and digital strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Global Client & Consulting Partner at Sutherland since October 2021, Subroto previously held the position of Insurance Strategy & Markets Head at LTIMindtree, where responsibilities included overseeing the go-to-market strategy for insurance-related digital and data solutions. Prior to that, Subroto was Vice President at Photon, managing a diverse team and leading digital experience projects for clients in the consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, banking, and insurance sectors. Subroto's earlier tenure at Cognizant encompassed multiple leadership roles, including Global Client & Consulting Partner and Global Program Delivery Director, contributing to significant revenue growth and large-scale program delivery. Subroto holds an Executive Education certification in Business Consulting from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the National Institute of Technology.
