Nora T. is an experienced professional currently serving as a Team Lead and Quality Assurance Specialist in Customer Experience at Sutherland since May 2021, also having held the role of Human Resources Specialist. Prior experience includes positions such as Chef de Rang at Hotel Gut Brandlhof from January 2019 to October 2020, and Restaurant Stewardess at A-Rosa River Cruises from June 2017 to December 2018. Initial roles in the hospitality industry include Hostess positions at Harbor View Hotel in 2015 and 2016. Nora T. is pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing and Brand Management at the University of Economics - Varna (October 2023 - October 2024), and has completed additional studies at SoftUni Creative, the University of Zadar (Erasmus Exchange in Economics and Marketing), and St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo (Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations), following secondary education at Varna High School of Commerce "Georgi St. Rakovski".
