Meredith Couture has been working as a Tiered Support Specialist for Customer Service and Technical Support at Sutherland Global Services since December 2009. Prior to that, worked as a Business/Systems Analyst at Eastman Kodak for nearly three decades. Graduated from Bradley University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. Specializes in providing Tiered Support for Intuit's TurboTax family of products.
