Zoë Grant is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director and HR Consultant at Diamond Bee Ltd since March 2018, Zoë specializes in employee relations, policy writing, and training, alongside conducting independent investigations into complex people matters. In addition, Zoë holds the position of Head of HR at Ripe Thinking Limited and has served as an Associate HR Consultant at Eversheds Sutherland. Previous roles include significant positions at Fresenius Kabi, Scapa, Alpha LSG, and the Environment Agency, where Zoë managed extensive HR operations and projects.
